Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At QMS Medical Allied Services, we prioritize patient safety, product integrity, and regulatory compliance. Due to the sensitive nature of medical products, our return policy is designed to balance customer convenience with strict hygiene and legal standards.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:
- Return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
- All original packaging, labels, seals, invoices, and accessories are intact
- Product is not listed under non-returnable categories (see below)

- Reason for return
- Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
Non-Returnable Products
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened or used medical devices
- Sterile, single-use, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., masks, gloves, personal care medical items)
- Products requiring refrigeration or special storage
- Prescription-based products once dispensed
- Products with tampered or broken seals
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video evidence clearly showing the issue
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement (subject to availability)
- Full refund
- Store credit (if mutually agreed)
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
Return Approval & Pickup
- Returns are subject to quality inspection and approval
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged or instructions will be provided
- Customers must ensure proper packaging to avoid transit damage
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer
Return Rejection
Returns may be declined if:
- Product shows signs of use or damage after delivery
- Original packaging or seal is missing
- Return request is made beyond the allowed timeframe
- Product falls under non-returnable category
In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that customers may need to modify or cancel orders. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring efficient order processing.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch/shipment confirmation

Cancellation by QMS Medical Allied Services
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Non-compliance with prescription requirements
- Regulatory restrictions
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
